Easy and very informational.

Went smoothly. Arrived in good time. Fits car very well. Appears to be a very good product but haven't had it long enough to truly evaluate it.

Information answered questions before I asked them.i.e. Mirrors pockets,antenna hole. Its a excellent car cover, a whole lot better than the one I've had for several years from another maker, and it was not a bad one at all, it just that your cover is better.

The cover does not fit very good but it may not have been designed for a rear trunk. It fits good otherwise and I am happy with the product.

The product didn't fit like the way it ought to fit all snug like the photos on the website. I think that's misleading!

I WAS NOT ABLE TO ENTER FALL14 CODE TO GET 10% OFF MY ORDER This was followed up with a response several days later saying I needed to spend at least $100 to get the 10%. Nowhere on my coupon did it explain this and I'm still getting the offer on Facebook.

Excellent. I'm having trouble with the cable locking system. When I pull it across the car it is 15" too long so I can't figure how it's suppose to lock without running it back through the hole several times. This does not seem right to me. Was I sent the wrong length cable. Any suggestions? The cover is for an 1986 Mercedes 560SL.
