After my first car cover developed problems (tearing, fabric deterioration, etc), I was offered a new cover under warranty --or an upgrade to a more sun-reflective cover (Platinum) that supposedly had a soft, padded lining. I paid for the upgrade and got a replacement cover that I am not happy with, because the inside is not as plush and cushy as my original cover. I wish I had asked for a replacement, not an upgrade. I could have returned the replacement, but would have had to pay restocking and additional postage fees. So I am hoping that the new cover works out okay, even though the fabric is very thin and the lining not as good as the original. Customer service, however, has been excellent, so I assume if this cover gets ripped or deteriorates, it will be replaced with no problems.
