I placed my first order and it took almost 2 months to receive. By that time, i had sold the truck. I called your customer service to exchange the cover for one for my new truck. Went very smooth. The cover was rated as excellent for fit and I would only rate it "less than good". The cover for the Suzuki Burgman 400, which was confirmed by customer service as the correct cover, does not fit the bike the way it should. It is long enough and that is fine, but it is way too tall! It lays about 6 inches of cover on the ground on both sides of the bike and extremely wide for the bike. The only correct dimension is the length. Other than improper fit, it is a very nice cover. Just fits the bike poorly.

I had good service and even when my cover was starting to fall apart. The cover was replaced with the option for me to update to a better cover. This I did and paid the difference in price. When I got my new cover, everything was fine until I put my new cover on. It looked like it would fit a very small SUV and definitely not my Honda Pilot. The fit on the first cover was great. This one was not. I love the material but was really at a loss why the cover was so small. I'd actually purchased another cover for a Hyundai Elantra that I own. I don't even want to go through the trouble of sending the new warranty replacement cover back. I guess I lose out on this experience.
