Very quick and efficent service.
The car cover fit well and is easy to put on and take off. Keeps the car dust and bird droppings off the exterior, looks great and fits well. I highly recommend it.

EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you Noel. My only complaint is that during the on-line chat I was promised a lock and cable for the cover. I didn't see it on the invoice so, I asked if he was sure it came with one and he said all the covers do. I called about it after receiving the cover (which is perfect, btw) and wondered why I hadn't gotten the lock and cable. (Although, there were instructions on how to install). The person I spoke to in customer service was also very nice but, told me the lock and cable were actually NOT included with scooter covers. So, other than the miscommunication regarding the lock & cable being included, overall GREAT experience. Very good, friendly customer service and am very pleased with the quality of the cover.

What I saw online wasn't what I received...my order was for a cover that was black and what I received was a silver cover...it stated that the lining underneath was cloth and it wasn't! It was purchased as a gift and wasn't what they thought they were receiving either.
The car cover arrived in a timely fashion. The product is outstanding compared to the first one I bought from a different company. So far so good!

So far so good. Fit was OK and and completely covered the jeep. Since this is a vacation home we will see how the cover makes it through the summer and winter in the Georgia mountains.
