I really appreciatie your honoring the warranty. I was at first a little disappointed that the replacement cover had some dirty spots and was extra large, but I no longer notice and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

I was under the impression I was buying a car cover specifically for my 1984 Nissan 300ZX 2+2. The cover I received was generic in nature, ie. No mirror pockets. I could have purchased any generic cover of the same quality for much less.

Would be better if the covers came in a variety of colors.

I had just bought my first cruiser and can't keep it inside yet, so I looked for a cover and not only did they ask about the extra things that might cause a cheap cover to fit poorly, my cover was on sale, and the delivery was very prompt. So my new bike and I could not be happier.
