The site was very easy to navigate. All pertinent information on the product was easy to see.
The order time and shipping to my address I thought was very quick and. When I received my cover it was more than what I expected. The cover fit my C7 Corvette very well, easy to install and quick to roll up and store.
Everything looks good so far however you need a video that shows both how to install the car cover AND the correct way to take it off and fold it up.
I believe its very important to show and explain in detail how to apply and take off the car cover.
People are not always aware of how to correctly do it and I fit into that category and would like to see a demonstration on how its done.

It was delivered to the wrong address but neighbor brought it to us so all is well.
Web site has a few inaccuracies. E.g. I ordered a car "bubble" and it says I will get a free antenna reinforcement. There is no antenna but if there was one, it cant stick through the bubble or the air would leak and the bubble should be bigger than it.
We had very good service. We are very pleased with the cover and have ordered before so that is why we came back wit this order. Thank you for you quality and good service.
The products order were received on time and with the expected quality. If I had a complaint it would be that the storage bags are to small. The covers are delivered in the storage bags and they fit correctly, but if I had to fold the cover to fit in the bag I would not be able to fit the cover back into the bag without a lot of work. I just store the cover on a shelf in the garage when not using. Service was great and the ordering experience was excellent.

Have not put the cover on yet. Trucks dirty and warranty said if cover was returned dirty there would be a 15-20% restock fee. Probably will use it over the Labor Day weekend.
