I received the car cover ordered. However, it did not fit my car. I requested a RMA to return the car cover on October 11th as instructed in the paperwork received with the car cover. On October 11th I received confirmation that this request had been received. However, as of October 23rd there has been no other contact from your company regarding this matter. The car cover was received in a timely manner but time it takes to receive the information to return the product is not as timely as I would have expected.

Great idea to have someone online to help you as you browse although i'd say the advice was pretty general and lacked the descriptive depth i was looking for, most questions i asked about different needs came with the same answer, "buy the platinum" besides that the experience was great and i hope the actual product is a good investment, if it is i will spread your praises, and if it is just hyped up by your internet alias's i will also make sure that everyone knows. *UPDATE* Oct. 21 2015 I have received the car cover and it was on time. The outside layer of the protection seems well-made, however underneath the material is this weak "wispy" white flaking material then seems to fall off easily and cling to rough part of the car and rip off. If this is part of planned obsolescence then I hope it will at least last the 7 years minimum warranty. So far it's OK, but i do worry about how easily the material is already coming apart. Thank you for following up. I hope that if this flaking material become a bigger problem that you will send another cover without hassle as I've given you 5 stars on every category possible.
