Seems over priced
The one thing I cannot understand is your FAQ says there is a flat brokerage fee of $25 to Canada and yet I was charged 2 brokerage fees ($50). Please explain why this happened. I asked this question and did not receive a response. When i called, the issue was rectified and I was refunded the additional $25. Apparently it is a common problem. If that is a known issue, please fix your website. I did not receive the Antenna patches and had to call after i received the order. They are now being shipped to me. Overall, the customer service is excellent. The products are excellent quality. I previously purchased the truck cover and this time purchased additional accessories.

I'm a customer from Hawaii so I understand the lengthy delivery times, no problem. I have received the cover and check it out. Have not yet had a chance to install it on the car it is intended from as that car is in storage 45 mile away. I am keeping my fingers crossed the fit is good, but I love it so far!

I am pleased with my purchase. I suspect the cover would have fit perfect if I would have informed CarCovers that I had a WeatherTech bug/stone deflector installed on my hood.
