The on-line ordering process was simple and easy to use. For some reason I was double charged for customs brokerage fees on the initial order that I could not cancel on the site. I was over charged for the customs duty at the Canadian border in the initial order but CarCovers customer service fixed that on their own initiative and credited my account prior to the order being delivered. I received notification of the shipment of the order and could have tracked it if I wanted. The order was delivered to my office very quickly after shipment. I have not yet used the car cover on my vehicle but it appears to be good quality and arrived with the wind straps and security cable as part of the order.

You have a good product but poor delivery. I ordered the car cover on 11/28 and FedEx began their long journey with it on 11/30. In the early hours of 12/08 it was handed off to USPS at a location about five miles from my home. It took the post office until today (12/10) to get it delivered. How is it that FedEx did not complete the delivery on 12/08? Not really your fault, but it does reflect on the overall satisfaction with doing business with you. Thank you.
