This is due to a warranty issue. I was rewarded a new cover due to significant depreciation due to extreme heat and direct sunlight - cover only lasted two years. I was not sure that it would be covered under warranty, but apparently it was and the customer service officials were extraordinary. And the ability to send in pictures rather than returning the cover to the home office for inspection was very good. And Thank You Very Much! I felt cared for here, and that is rare today in our modern fast paced world. :)

Seemed like a great deal until I got my COD charges. You indicate on your web site that a "small amount may be charged by Canada Post for the order". At the end it was 35 dollars for a Canada Customs charge which I would not say is a little amount, close to 25% surcharge on my final order plus you charge an extra 25 dollars flat rate for handling my order. To handle what exactly? With your flat fee and a Customs charge (not a small Canada Post charge as you advertise!), my order had close to 35% additional fees added to the final invoice. Your "small prints" are somewhat misleading.
