I am only hoping that the $10 coupon discount coupon will be applied before the charge to my credit card. The $10 coupon was never credited to my card. Other than that, I was delighted with the service and product.

Tried to return an unused cover past the 30 day period. Customer service rep refused to discuss - if more than 30 days, no returns, even if perfectly pristine. Waited 10 minutes on hold to speak to a supervisor - he was even more curt and hung up on me. Can't judge quality of product, but customer relations were the worst.
