This is not a fair request since I am totally unaware of service and product I will actually experience. Ask after product is received.
I received my order 24 hours after I received an order complete. ( i guess from fed ex) Believing my order was considered complete, when I had no product caused me to try and find out what is going on. I am on EST. No one was available until 12 pm my time to help me. Not convenient.
I am happy with my cover. It is a good fit using the bungie cords, for the price. If cover proves to be durable, it will be an excellent product. Ask me in a year.

I was not able to enter a $10 off code and they gave me a refund on that code which was not expected but very much appreciated. Wonderful customer service and a great product that works perfectly on our truck.
The cart process could be a bit simpler, but overall was easy to use and really liked the Amazon team up :)
Great product order and delivery process very efficient, I paid s $25 customs fee on order and the had to pay an additional $43 at point of delivery. I wasn't expecting this charge, it would have nice to know this upfront.
