Chat support was great. Could not purchase through Amazon, pop-up window would close. Finally payed through PayPal. Already used the covers, one for BMW 380i and the other for Infiniti G25. Easy to put on cars and good fit. Material is somewhat reflective, great for cars that sit in intense sun in a tropical environment - reasonably protected. A bit on the expensive side compared to other products, but then protection provided is worth the extra cost.
Shopping was fare and easy, can't wait to see the quality and fit.
I received the cover, it was nice and light weight but durable. Used for about week, during rain and some wind. I layer it out on the floor while I went to work, so it could dry. I would recommend this cover to anyone, it fits great not to tight or lose.
