Was surprised to be asked by the delivery guy for $20 CDN for customs charges...I thought I paid that with the $25 fee that was added to my order...does this sound right to you? Should I have been charged the extra amount?

Thank you. Shocked to have to pay an additional $41 upon delivery! This on top of the $25 fee added to my bill when I ordered it makes this experience a major disappointment. And ironically, I want to buy another cover for another car in my collection.

The site is easy enough to navigate. However, a review of the product and how it fits the car will have to wait until the cover arrives and is tested on the car. Well the car cover fits pretty well for a non-custom cover. It is thick and it is heavy, but then it is the 5 layer cover so it is to be expected. Overall it was a good experience and a good product. I'd not hesitate to use CarCovers.com again.
