No trouble completing our order. Order arrived much sooner than expected and was packaged very well. Cover is satisfactory and very functional, however I was expecting a little better fit. I feel the cover could be slightly longer longer on the sides. Overall I give service a 5 out of 5 and the product a 4 out of 5. Value for price to me is 4.5 out of 5.
Needed a car cover for car that stayed indoors most of the time--the cover needed to withstand dust and you gave me options as to the price within my budget. However, cover fit very poorly and am waiting to hear back from customer service---notified them and sent photos showing my concern.
