Friendly and helpful. Cover fit well especially with the gust straps. The only issue was confusion with placement of the gust straps, the instructions place the straps at the front of front tires and rear of rear tires. Information given after calling indicated the straps go behind the front tires and in front of the rear tires.
Cover appears to be very lightweight. If it performs as described I will be very happy.
