Was a little disappointed that your fix to my car cover was to send me patches instead of replacing it 100% which I thought was part of the "Lifetime" guarantee! Why should it rip in the first place?
However replacing it with a brand new cover for $100 as another option was gratifying...

The experience I received from CarCovers.com was helpful and professional. I was a little surprised at the quality of the flannel that was on the inside of the car cover was somewhat thinner than the car cover I had previously owned that I got from another company. Since my car is garaged the serves its purpose.
The price was right and delivery was speedy. I have not had the opportunity to use the cover yet so can not rate my experience at this time
Not a very good fit. Not extremely happy. I left comments in regards to my particular truck as they recommended. Doesn't fit very good at all.
