Easy and informative. The quality of the cover is far superior to a previous bargain brand cover I had which did not last long. Also, it fits very well. Incidentally, I can confirm that it is waterproof and the water beads and rolls off easily.

I didn't care for the accessory that is supposed to keep it secure from the wind. It is too complicated and the stretch cable with hook doesn't go far. A simple light rope(that you can buy Home Depot / Walmart or anywhere for $5.00 or so) would easily do the trick by tying it around the sides of the car. Simple.

Good quality product. Our original one is 11 years old, and have been very happy with it. It had a cloth cover vs. polypropolene, so new one might last longer

If the Covers will hold up better to the Sun here in CA I would be a dedicated Customer. The Ultimate I was very disappointed in. Your Warranty Service is very good so far. Hopefully the Platinum will work better and last longer than the Ultimate.
