We are dissatisfied with the car cover we received for a 2011 Buick LaCrosse. The cover was too long, and not quite wide enough considering the side mirrors and no sleeves for them. Additionally, the advertised "fleece" turned out to be nothing more than a thin layer of cotton under layer. We encountered resistance from CarCovers.com when we inquired about returning the product. They asked us to pay for the shipping although their advertisement said they would pay for it. They also asked for a 20% restocking fee, which we didn't expect.

This is not the Premium cover that I expected, I have had this cover before as it was sold to me as a lesser quality cover. I want to return this cover for the cover I expect to be a premium cover.
