Ordered my second Platinum Shield Cover, extremely impressed with these covers; they keep my cars clean and dry all year old, even during our harsh Ontario winters. Fit is decent (not perfect), but the quality of the material and the fact that it's nearly completely water proof (if water is allowed to pool on it a little bit will seep through the cover) is what I really love.
Never got an answer back from customer support about warrenty on cover. Spoke with two different customer service representatives and both said they would have to talk with the product specialist and they would get back to me.
Cover has arrived but question is still not answered.
I ordered the wrong one am I able to exchange it for the correct one?
