Easy to navigate website and quick ordering but couldn't figure out how to get the additional discount. When order arrived, it was missing the cable and lock. Contacted Customer Service and it was sent out right away. Overall, a good purchase experience.

Had no problem, easy to understand
I ordered my first tarp in July! Never received it claimed ups lost it in the mail! Sent out a second one in August supposedly I never received it claims that fed ex lost it! Requested a refund was told it would take 3-5 business days waiting nothing! Called them back they said they sent out a fourth one that as of September 2nd I still have not received nor my money! I don't want the tarp I want my refund if they will be so kind and return it I will take this review off but until then they are not to be trusted don't spend your money on it far as I can y'all it's a scam!
Ordering process was simple and easy to navigate.
My 57 seats outside under a tent here it gets up to 100 plus it is dusty lots of UV. During the rainy season there are two maybe three heavy rain (like a cow peeing on a rock). That is when I work on the 57 I will unwrap it this year I will replace the floor because the old patch sucks, ah life is good

I bought my first cover 2 summers ago. Returning the first one summer of 2019 due to deterioration of the inside lining. This summer (2020) the top outside layer is now peeling off. Spoke to Isaac in customer service who said that i needed to email the warranty department for authorization to get it replaced as long as I pay $30 shipping charge again.
He further told me that these covers are subject to weather conditions & can deteriorate. And said that the maximum times of replacement (on this "lifetime warranty " is 3.
I am completely disgusted with the product & the lack of customer Service satisfaction.
I wanted my money back so I could buy another one from a different and " more reputable company "

Excellent custom fit and high quality feel of materials used. Very pleased with purchase.
Quick and easy
Since COVID has meant I'm not driving my car as much, I purchased a cover to put on my 370Z. The cover came quickly and was exactly what I expected. The fit is good and the material is a good quality. Since this is out in the Bakersfield, CA heat, we will see how it holds up, but I'm optimistic.
The only issue I've seen so far is the circle scratch protection where the security cable goes. Both circles are already coming off, but I'm not sure it is absolutely needed to keep my car protected.
I found the covers to be of high quality, very good fit, and excellent material.
I had a very bad experience with this company I have. 1989 camera when I received the cover put it on it did not fit but left it on since it was going to rain the following morning the cover did absolutely nothing all wet no protection at all and a little wind set off the alarm
Oh and free shipping yes and easy returns not so had to make sure you had a ticket and other instructions or a 20% charge on top of restocking fee and you get to pay for shipping the undesirable product back
