I purchased a cover four months ago. It has since DETERIORATED to the point that when I try to straighten it our on my car. It falls apart in my hands. I've contacted their so-called "customer service" numerous times to get a replacement cover per their "Lifetime Warranty" (total BS) only to get a reply that the cover is "ripped, not deteriorated." It has definitely deteriorated rapidly here in the Southern California sun to the point that it's completely useless. I find it interesting that they claim to have so many 5-star reviews when you cannot leave a negative review on their website! AVOID!

I recently purchased the Platinum Shield Car Cover and gust strap wind protector. The purchase included several complimentary items including a cable and lock. I purchased it because we were leaving out of town for several days and I wanted to protect the car from the elements including sap and bird droppings. Unfortunately the car cover arrived the day we left so I was not able to use it for that occasion. The cover fits completely and snugly. I haven't compared it with other car covers but I can't imagine that you can buy a better looking or better quality car cover for the price. I am really happy with it and look forward to using it in the future. We live in South Florida. I expect that sooner or later I will use it to protect the car from a hurricane. I hope that this review is helpful to you.

Product fits over my 1967 Pontiac Catalina with room to spare. The cover works fine, we have had several days of rain since I covered the vehicle and the cover has protected the car perfectly.

My only concern is the length of time customers must wait to receive their covers. I ordered on 09/09/2018 but did not receive my cover until 09/20/2018. I live in Texas. Perhaps the delivery time can be improved somehow?!
