Shopping and ordering process was primo! The order was received in a timely manner. However, when I received it and tried it on the car it was too big and was very blousy and billowing in the slightest breeze. The front was wider than the vehicle and there was about a foot of extra length at the back. I was very disappointed in the very small and cheap lock included with the locking cable I ordered with the cover. I inserted the key into the padlock and opened the lock but I could never get the key out of the lock. I chatted with a rep about the cover to ask how to initiate a return and he told me to send pictures to show it to their support department. I plan to do that but based upon the rep's writing I'm concerned that this may turn out to be a difficult process to return it and get a refund. However, I will wait and see what actually happens. There was not a way I could find to print the chat with the rep.
This is my second purchase of a car cover. Excellent and easy web site to use.
