Nice free shipping and bonus products and I liked the customer service. I accidently bought the incorrect size and a rep told us what we needed to do to return it and helped pay to ship it back. We would definitely recommend to others!
I know it was a free addition to my order witht he cable and lock. Honest feedback: great idea, was really impressed with the cable and was glad that you included it in the order because most people are going to buy it anyways. I would have paid 5-10 dollars more for a lock that didnt look like I could break with it a pair of vice grips or pliers. Suggestions, raise price and include heavier duty lock or reduce price of cover and give option of buying cable and "good lock" kit for an additional price. Prices were comparable online and had no problem paying a little more for a product that I thought was better quality but the "free" items that came with it let me down a little. My overall experience was great and I will definitley check back with you guys when I am in the market for similar products.

Only problem, there was no receipt enclosed with the car cover verfying that it was the correct cover and how to return it if not the right one.
Please note that I actually have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, not a 2005 model. They are probably the same cover, but it was not listed as a choice.
The website contained lots of information to allow each customer to select the car cover that best suits his or her needs. Excellent!

In the instructions you state that the front of the cover is marked with a tag that says "front". There is no tag stating "front" sewn in the cover, just a small white tag with other writing on.
