The car cover looks ok, I wish it came in a tan color instead of gray, although this is a minor concern. When I got the cover, I expected it to fully cover my car as I ordered it specifically for my make and model; however, a portion of both sides of my car are exposed, not fully covering it. I purchased the best one for rain, snow, etc., but it remains to be seen whether it lasts as long as it claims or if it does the job. Since it does not cover my car completely on the sides, I am not sure whether the lock will be of any use and I found out AFTER I received it, there was a 15% restock charge if I decided to return it.
Perfect fit for our SuperCrew F150- We live in a very windy area and the straps we purchased was a good addition. Great quality cover.
The order took about 2 minutes to process. This made me nervous. I was even able to open a new window and load a different web page before yours completed the transaction. Otherwise my experience was grand!

The purchase process seems to be very efficient. The cover dose not fit the car very well. It should be made wider to cover both sides of the car completely. Right now the cover leaves the lower part of both sides of the car exposed to sun and water.

A confirmation email that the products were sent and an approx. Date of delivery would have been great.
I received one half my order the first time. I called and spoke with Jake and he jumped on this and shipped the other one half the same day. Terrible warehouse people but excellent customer service. Obviously the head of shipping needs to review his job description or needs someone to watch over him for a while. I wonder where the first half of my order went since it said thr entire order was in the box. That's for you to take care of.
