I used the online chat to get my questions answered. The rep, Brandon, was super quick to help me and was extremely helpful! Honestly, his level of customer service is the reason I purchased from this site. Plus, the Memorial Day sale was too good to pass up. The quality of the cover seems good. It is lightweight and easy to put over our PUP. We haven't had much rain yet, so I don't know how well it will protect from getting wet, but I feel better knowing that it is protect against the sun and the birds around our yard.
It's not often that a website lives up to its claims of hassle free, and product excellence, so it's a nice experience when that all comes together. I purchased the Gold Shield 5L for my Toyota Tacoma 2014 Access Cab, 6ft Bed. Although the cover does not have the drape shown on the website images, it fits very well, with space to spare (accommodating), it's durable (Very well up to the desert sun and wind), and very easy to single handedly cover the vehicle: in a 120 degrees, I'll cover my truck in a parking lot to keep the sun off it. Car Cover Service was excellent and product is excellent--I'll come back.
If this one works out for me, I need one for my 2000 miles a Miata.
