I liked the covers fit and it seemed fine. However the layers began to rapidly degrade. I took photos sent them to carcover.com. Then was told I was not in there system. Then I sent the shipping label and found the order number. I got an Email stating they would send me a new cover if I paid $30 shipping... why should I pay for a new cover ship costs... thier product failed not my fault whatsoever. Very disappointed how customers are treated.

Bought my car cover in 1 minute! Done!
Cover is great! Cover no good for my use! Called and ask if I could use it for tow car going down the road was told I could. Is unusable for the tow can it will not stay on. Wanted to send it back and was offered 1/2 refund and keep the cover or ship it back for full refund. No prepaid labor just RMA cost to ship was within $18 of the1/2 refund offer. Ask for other solutions an haven't herd back to 5 days. IMO need to train reps. This said cover is top of the line for stationary storage.
Everything seems to fit the car very well. This winter will tell the story on how well it winters the cover that is. Was to get the bungee cords with order will call them on that thanks
