I hope the elastic used on this cover is quality elastic! There was nothing included to fasten the middle sides of the cover to the car to prevent them from blowing up. There were no instructions in the package. I did not know what the small round disc, of the same material as the cover inside the small plastic bag was for. I later realized, after I broke the antenna off of my car trying to adjust the cover, that the small round disc was to be applied to the cover and a hole punched through the cover to accommodate the antenna. Also, the hole in the small round disc should have a grommet to prevent the hole from tearing or becoming bigger.

I had a couple questions and had no issue with the live chat, which was nice. Your prices are good and free shipping is absolutely wonderful.
After receiving the item there were a couple items I had no idea what they were for. I figured out the ladder cover (we don't have a ladder) and the downspout thing is a question "Chat" had no answer too. I don't know what it is for or how to use it. We have not put the cover on as of yet and it is still in the shrink wrap so I can't say if it is or is not in good shape. Other than that, all seems to be good.
The cover is light and easy to put on. My car is black so it keeps the dust down and the car shiny between washes.
I have not used the cover yet, so I have no comment...
