Inquired about applicable plans, received good, thorough answers, and purchased a plan based on this contact.

Customer service has been very professional and courteous, they have answered my questions. Most important I wasn't placed on hold for a long period of time, in which I have found with other companies.

Strange process not like anything that I asked about when signing up over the phone about the ease of possible cancelling my contract within thirty days. I call it a run-around answer. After jumping through the hoops and getting a Notary to sign an affidavit that I actually found out over my own efforts to call that that was not really necessary.

I would like to thank Larry Patterson for working with me on my little claim I though I had. He steered me in the right direction.

I just signed up so I don't really know if I'll get the service they promise.
