Material disintegrates after 1 summer. They will keep replacing the car cover but charge between $69 - $89. I have had 3 covers in 2 years. The material fall apart and creates a White powder all over my vehicle. The last cover lasted only 3 months and they will not replace it for FREE or refund me. BBB has been contacted.

Stay away from these garbage covers! The warranty os prorated so to get another crappy cover in 3 years you gotta pay $60 for another crappy cover that wont last.

This company is a total rip-off! I have received the car cover and it does not fit properly to my car. It is very short. It is made for small cars and the material is not a fiver layer. The car I own is a 2016 Nissan Quest.

Cover arrived on time. The fit is about the same as a generic cover. It isn't long enough and the sides hang over way to much. Next time I'll spend the extra $$ and purchase a better for fit for my Stang!

BUYER BEWARE! Bought the best one they have to offer and turns out that they will damage you car paint if left on after a few days of rain. My 1978 ELDORADO WAS in pristine shape but mow the original paint job is FUBARed, 100% waterproof and water-resistant, Bullsh*t!

The cover is 100% waterproof to a certain extent, it can only withstand a certain amount of water. Overall the cover is Water-resistant. Our main focus is breathability and UV protection, a cover that is fully waterproof will not offer any breathability.

They tout a lifetime warranty however they will only replace it 3x. For $30 shipping. Now if the cover lasted say 3 or 4 yrs. That's good. But the longest I had one last was 14 mo. So you go through the 3 replacements pretty quick. They say it's a LIMITED lifetime. But the word LIMITED is not mentioned till it's to late. Underhand tactic imo

I bought a '21 BMW X1 car cover. They sent me the wrong product. It was soo bigI I wanted to return it. I was having a hard time trying to reach them. I finally got through by email. They said they don't pay for returns. They offered to only return $40. And I keep it. I said no way it's too big. That's not even half. I told them it was the wrong product and didn't want it. I had to send it back I wanted my full refund because during that time I bought another one from CarCovers.com. I didn't want it and couldn't use it. I mailed it back through UPS with cost of $75. They eventually returned my money for the car cover but would not refund the postage paid of the $75. They should have paid for it as they sent the wrong product. Why did I have to pay for something that was not my fault. They should have eaten it up for their mistake. You don't treat your customers that way. Not a good way to run a business!

Saw the covers were on sale and claimed fast shipping, which at the time would be great to beat the snow fall. I ordered a cover for my 96 f350 and 1990 bronco. Only 1 showed up. I paid for both. Took 2 weeks for them to get back to me that infact they didnt ship 2 covers. I called and emailed and both were as usefull as asking someone random person off the street about my order... oh you have to wait, well look into it... nothing happened still waiting in the other cover. Well the snow came and only one vehicle had a cover, the one i didnt care if snow got on it. Go figure. Not happy.
Anyways if they knew what tape was and could tape both orders together this probaly wouldn't have happened. Or look at thr order and realize theres another cover needed. Its been nearly a month and im still waiting for the other cover to show up. The main reason i placed a order was for the vehicle that the cover hasnt shown up for. Snow is sitting on it right now. The one cover came a week before the snow here.
They claimed to have reshipped it, I have asked for a tracking number for this new order and they havent got back to me. Poor service. Would reccomend not confusing them with a order over 1 item as you can end up like me. Still waiting. Not happy.

Bought an upgraded cover for my truck in March 21. The cover is now literally falling apart and deteriorating into dust. 6 months and the material is rotting away. The cover has a "life-time" warranty. They will not refund my purchase price stating that they only refund up to 30 days. They will ship me a new cover, of the same material, for $30. The scam here is that they want $30 for a replacement cover every 6 months. The material is pure crap and wont last 6 months? What a scam. Beware of this place and online cover sites.

Ordered cover 10 days ago, have not received. Called two days ago and they insured me it would be there by end of day. Nothing yet, so I checked their reviews and found that they lack honesty with warranty and quality of product. Poor fit and no 100% warranty according to reviews.
