Made me lose all my money purposely just after i withdrawal which they declined over and over with different reasons forced me to open positions like palladium which started to lose alot and charge swap like hell. Until i started losing all the money without further control. Total loss i 11 k usd… these are scammers very professional scammers.

They have a professional people to convince you to add money. They will advise you indirect to lose money. And if you didn't listen to them and you became winners. You will not be able Withdraw the amount. They can allow you to take thousand or 2. In the beginning. Just to make you feel comfortable. Then you will not be allowed. I hope every one who read this review to share it. You can help the people not to be scammed. Take care everyone.

Please don't fall and keep away from this scam. If you entered you gone. I have looses 7000$. You don't have any control on their app. They can do anything as they want. They are big liers. They will start fromm 200 $ and keep asking to spend more. Keep away yourself. I was in profit of 6000$ that they made in negative as I was not investing more.

Scammers and liers. The lady refused that i google their company while she is trying to sell me. And when i told her there is alot of bad reviews about their company she and her manager started attacking me in very low class manner and insulting me saying i don't understand anything about markets and etc… i told her yes and i am not ashamed thats why i want to try but i do understand how to search for companies and read reviews! They have very bad reviews on multiple sites!

1. El 27 de enero de 2023 acceso a un link sobre ¨Compra de acciones de Banco General. El banco de capital privado más grande de Panamá ¨.
Me resultó interesante invertir y también porque sólo pedían un capital bajo. Decidí abrir una cuenta con Capitalix.
Realizo el primer depósito a través de mi tarjeta de crédito por US$200.00, porque no tenía tarjeta de débito y las transferencias tardarían más tiempo.
También lleno un cuestionario donde indicaba que estaba cesante, y que no cuento con experiencia en Forex u otros instrumentos.
2. Durante el mes de enero y febrero recibo llamadas y correos sobre transferencia de dinero para aportar a mi capital.
Capitalix me informa "no te preocupes es por las operaciones, pero van a cambiar tarde o temprano".
Ellos no trabajan ni responden telegram fin de semana.

3. El 1 de marzo le indiqué a Capitalix, que no tenía la intención de seguir realizando transacciones con ustedes y que me transfieran la inversión que había realizado a mi cuenta de ahorro.
No tengo capital para seguir efectuando depósitos; aunque Ustedes me ofrezcan bonificaciones
En total depositado 6,111.00 y gastos cobrados por el banco 263.38
4. El 22 de marzo mi cuenta presentaba un saldo de US$11,070.64 y un capital US$8,261.28 con retiro un mínimo de USD$50.00 y disponible por USD$4,562.61. Este monto disponible para retiro está sujeto a aprobación de Capitalix.

5. El viernes 24 de marzo recibo instrucciones de aprovechar la baja de CHFJPY e invertir USD$1800 en venta.
Después las operaciones empezaron a mostrar perdidas.

6. El lunes 27 de marzo mi cuenta presentó un saldo 0. Sin mi capital invertido ni los rendimientos.

El principal propósito de invertir capital, era para que produjera rendimientos o ganancias buscando oportunidad de crecimiento en mi capital, de acuerdo a lo expresado con los expertos o bróker asignados a mi cuenta por Capitalix.
La verdad no volveré a hacer este tipo de contrato u operaciones.

These people are professional thieves, they will mislead you into thinking you are buying equities when in fact they are selling you dangerous derivatives, Contract for Difference (CFD), in a leveraged transaction so your losses keep multiplying. On top of that they charge you renewal fees on a daily basis for the CFD's so you keep sinking in a loss and can never get out of it; convenient way for them to take all your money. They probably issue the CFD's themselves so the money they supposedly lend you to leverage is fake money.
These people are hiding in Cyprus, so no one can get to them. STAY AWAY.

I Still don't know how these people are getting away scamming people. Account manager will suddenly resign or moves to another team when our account is in danger. Suddenly out of nowhere, a new person comes into the picture, directly gives warnings that all your invested money will be lost if you don't deposit more money. They make you invest randomly that you are unaware of and when you ask the same their reply is - "oh! It's a good story. We can publish a book with your story or it can be big movie if we film it". Right after two days of these worst conversation, my came came to dead end and I lost all my money It took me almost a year to recover from the loss and still paying of the loans to clear the debt i used to invest in this fraudster giant. I usually get call from UK number and some times due to network issues i used to get call from a number,when searched in true caller - it will be cheating and looting or fraud.
They will promise for bonus at the time of signing up but there is no such thing called bonus. Just within a time span of 15 days i understood that I got struck here and i have been looted. Even after saying that i am unaware of stocks and everything related to that, i don't know how these people will make you invest in random things. Some people are even now they are unaware of such things or really do they exist.
If you are a true stock exchange person, you will understand and clearly see the difference between the prices in real time stocks and prices in the app
Please never ever trust these persons they are big scammers fraudsters. I almost lost 1**** USD. Please return me this amount and i have a family to take care of

I have lost ******* USD to those scammers in less than a month i came through an ad on Instagram for investment in UAE government SALIK company which seemed like a safe investment at the time and didn't think that Instagram will allow fraudulent companies to add ad on their platform, they lure you to deposit a small amount to open the account, around 250 USD, a few days and they keep calling constantly they ask to make a deposit, to start trading, i deposited 2500 USD in the beginning, they lure you with small deals that seems to be making a profit, then an account manager who is a professional con artist trained to drain you of as much money as possible keeps calling you to deposit more money as you account is losing money and is entering a margin call, i deposited another 10,000, after a day or 2 i receive another call to deposit money in order not to lose all my money again, and here is when my doubts started " i already started doubting them a while ago when i read the online reviews, but it was after i deposited the money and also their agents AKA scammers are very professional they make you doubt what you read about them, i refused to deposit the money, i started to close all my open deals and wanted to withdraw my money, here is when this account manager shows you their other face and they shout and mention that i cant withdraw my money and they will not allow it, although they were reassuring me that i can withdraw at any time, i insisted to withdraw the money and kept following up by email as they don't have a legit phone number to call them one and all their communication is either they call you or via telegram, after few days another con artist calls me again and said in order to withdraw my money as i have bonus credited to my account i need to open deals to cover the size of investment, they will give recommendation with misleading and losing deals at that time, they do that from the beginning to keep you investing more money, and between few days you will lose all your funds. BEWARE and STOP dealing with them immediately.

As initial i have instructed to deposit of USD 400 and then they guided to phone call to book a deal as per their platform. After some days they asked to invest further $ 4000 with the commitment of to take it back within 4 working days and they informed to book the other deals. After their instruction the deal as went loss position so my margin level gone negative. So they called to get the professional account with deposit of $ ******* to get leverage 1:50. So i have invested my total savings and borrowed to deposit with same condition of take back the deposit within 4 days after upgrade of account. Finally they will give misguide to book a deal which will go loss situation. I almost lost my total savings and borrowed money worth of $ 22,500. If you withdrawal also the will process with penny value of $ 200 or $ 250, but while they ask deposit they will allow even $ 10,000 in single pay.
Now I am in critical situation without single amount to survive. I don't know why this guys are playing with other hard-earned money. My sincere request don't open account or deposit with capitalix which you won't get your money return back at any cost.

If any can help how to get my money from them. It will be really helpful for survive my life.

I am writing this complaint in regards to my experience with Capital IX. I had been a client of Capital IX for a few months and had invested a significant amount of money in your platform under the advice of Rashed. He told me to put 2500 USD in Capital IX, and he will give it back in cashback 2500 USD. I asked multiple times whether I can withdraw the cashback, and he replied yes and ensured that I can do that anytime.

Under his advice, I put in a deposit of 2500 USD. My deal with him was to withdraw the cashback and invest in my own money, as I wished to return the cashback to my husband who have previously lost 5000 USD due to the misconduct and false advice of Capital IX.

I turned to find out that I was misled and that Rashed has put bonus money instead of the cashback. He then called me and told me that the management has refused to give me my cashback and thus why he used the bonus money. I had then figured out that Rashed is indeed a liar and I need to withdraw the money, of which he responded to that he will try again with the management and will return back to me.

I had waited a week for him to respond back to that request, and yet I did not receive any reply or updates. I then decided to withdraw the money today, and he called me after I made that decision and told me to invest using the bonus money and thus my money would be untouched. When I returned to withdraw the money, I was shocked to see that he did in fact use my money and not the bonus.

I find this situation unacceptable and I request that you investigate this matter immediately. I would like to receive a full refund of my money and an explanation as to why Rashed lied to me and why he used my money instead of the bonus, especially after I explicitly told him not to do so. I further need an explanation as to why he is not picking up my phone calls after he made me lose my money.

For anyone reading this, do not invest with Capital IX, they are cheaters and liars, especially with Rashed.

I will resort to legal action if this is not resolved promptly

Very misleading, liars, forcing people to deposit money. Calling you all the time asking you to deposit money. They stole from me ******* USD. Very rude agents. They are still calling me to deposit more money! I wonder how they can get away with all these scams. They are hiring con men who are threatening in their communications, and very annoying and irritating. I wonder if anyone here managed to recover their money back. They open an account for you, and keep sending you links of fake deals. They are seriously very professional scammers. My advice is to keep away from them

When using a trading app you expect to see the accurate prices of the shares of each company and the actual fluctuation in it. So, what will you think when the prices are not correct and the changes are separated from the actual ones, and when they make you gain some money first to fool you and never win a deal again, and when they stop replay to your messages after losing these deals. Won't you feel stolen and fooled that's what we encountered while using this app and the reason behind losing all the money that we had been saving for a while. So don't burn your money by using this app to trade.

I ask everyone to file a complaint against them with the FSA company licensed to them, and also to file a complaint with the Electronic Crimes Authority, and that we all cooperate to close this company

I was bothered by the agent daily. I snapped at him because I was frustrated with his continuous calls. He did margin call STOP OUT. Luckily it was $700. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING FROM THEM. He has no right to do that without my permission. BUT DO NOT TRUST THEM

They are really good at making you trust them, but make no mistake, if you give them your money, you will never see it again.
The platform is a toy one, they can manipulate it as they want. All the credit and bonusses that they offer are fake, they only want you to deposit your money and when they have left you with nothing they will make you loose it and then close your account.
If you already lost money with them go to your bank and if less than 6 months have passed, they will investigate and freeze the money until they figure out if it really was a scam and you could get it back. Send them messages, screenshots and any proof of the scam.
