I usually try to sort things out on my own, but after weeks of frustration with This platform issue, I knew I needed help. A friend recommended CONVENTCHARGE.ORG, and I'm so glad they did. Capitalix looked like a solid and trustworthy platform when I first signed up. I deposited a good amount of funds thinking I would finally be able to grow my investments. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment I tried to withdraw. Suddenly, the platform started giving me endless excuses. Technical issues, "security checks," and other reasons were used to stop me from getting my own money out. After several attempts, I realized I had been scammed. Luckily, I recently managed to get my money back from Capitalix with the help of "JUDILANCE GLOBAL" a professional recovery agency that specializes in helping victims get their money back from fraudulent companies. Capitliax, registered at the FSA Japan is a scam. I had a terrible experience with them. They lied to me that they were reimbursing my money and it was just to take my money...Besides they are psychopaths because they have no shame in stealing from older people...First, they were registered in Seychelles< now they moved to Japan.
Be careful,...Cpitalix is a scam...they managed to take all my resources promising that they were going to reimburse my money...it was just a lie...They offer note things and then they mislead you so that you will lose all your money...Then, they contacted me through UNFRA, a supposed law office, and sent me a fake court verdict, Capitalix confirmed the supposed verdict however it was a fake court and a fake bank where tey told me they sent my money...

Capitalix asked me that they would go through a process that would require for me to deposit money, so they could return the loss Capital. That process started in 2023. After all this time, I find out that the money has left the company, Capitalix tell me that Bank of America (intermediary bank) needs to receive $32,921.49 for the money to be released and send to my account.
In all this time that they were asking me to deposit and they were going to transfer, they never did. Always came with a excuse and an other employee of the company will call me and said that was there to help me.
When I was told that the money was transferred, I asked that please send the SWIFT in order for my bank to track. They never did.They sent a long number that the bank could not use to track the supposed transfer. That was not the SWIFT that we had ask for.

I know I won't be getting any money, a long time has passed and I always was thinking that Capitalix was acting in good faith, that is what I was told by many employees that came to help me, all were very crafty charlatanes. My fault, I believe in people. If I can help just one investor, not to fall in any of the company promises, I will fill much better.
In November 2023, a person presented himself as Director General of Capitalix. He swore for his daughter, is what he loved most, that if I move $50,000.00 before the end of the year he, under the advise of the Bank of America, would do 30 transfers of $18,635,07 each and he would do that immediately, would transfer the money to my account. As usual, they came up with another excuse that they could not do it.
I am shame to say that am 78 years old and fell to a scam like this.
All my life savings + are in the hand of a multimillion dollar company
Capitalix left me in ruins.

El plan de trabajo (o estrategia) que emplean genera pérdidas abrumadoras comparadas con las ganancias que algunas inversiones pueden llegar a dar. Capitalix is a complete scam. Once all your trades become completed, attempting to withdraw your money from their platform results in excruciating delays. The support service is not responding and my funds seem to be frozen. Hopes for a withdrawal had long since disappeared, and the whole situation created a feeling of disappointment and helplessness. If I hadn't received assistance from zachhelpdeskk.online after sending a complaint to them, i would have become a significant victim of this unregulated fraud, which would have effectively destroyed my financial situation.

I was nearly a victim to this scheme after investing a great deal with them, they refused letting me withdraw insisting that i had to pay some percentage in form of taxes which i obliged and paid for fear of losing my initial deposit. But they still refused letting me withdraw any money from my account. I had no option but to file a compliant with a firm called zachhelpdeskk.online, they requested for all information as regards the transaction which i submitted to them. All thanks to their team i was able to get everything i taught was lost restored b-ack to me.

Capitalix trade broker made me invest to reciver my lost funds, now I am not able to contact the broker and they are not responding to my emails.It is fraudulent company.

Do not believe anything about this company capitalix, i am glad many people has seen them for who they really are. They are not regulated and already blacklisted. The trade manager asked to add more money as I invested to keep the margin, now no money is left in margin. I lost my hard earned money(*******$). Managers keep getting changed and still they are asking to add money.

I got information about Capitalix and initially I deposited $200. A fellow from Capitalix called me every hour and insisted me to deposit more and more so that he could help me to trade and make profits. He introduced himself as Richard Robert and spoke to me in Malayalam, my mother tongue. As he spoke to me in Malayalam, I thought that he may not be a fraud and deposited money on his insistence on a daily basis. Initially my trade was profitable and I thought that Mr. Richard Robert was really helping me and on his insistence again deposited money. I deposited more than $3000/- taking loan from friends. (which is more than Rs.2,50,000/- Indian Rupees.) Then he made me to trade in such a way that I could not recover the money and the trade went to loss. Again he insisted me to deposit money to recover the trade, but I did not deposit as I gradually understood his motive to make me exhaust all the money in my account. I could not withdraw even a single dollar.

In response to my previous reviews the company reverted on the review and advised me to email my concern on *******@capitalix.com,which I did.In response to my email someone from the company called me and threatened me that they will close my account. They are so arrogant that they told me that come what may I will not be able to recover my losses as they are untouchable. They also advised me to deposit more funds with them. They are fraud and on a duping spree. It is an honest advice that do not invest your hard earned money with them as they will dupe you to any extent.
