Recently I have opened account and after opening account Account Manager called me and after week a new manger Mr.Syed called me saying that old Manager left.
From beginning only he kept asking for more deposit and asked me to open position without checking on take profit option. Couple of times asked him for this option. But he simply ignored it saying that we will use it next time.
I have added Rs *******(420 USD) and yesterday what I have seen is all positions are automatically closed all money vanished from account.
At the time of opening account I had clearly mentioned that I have no idea about trading and don't want to take any kind of major risk. Also, while talking to Syed mentioned this clearly. Go with small steps.
When position were active, I asked him how long we can keep position as it is. He simply said it can be kept as it is for month or more. And he kept asking for more deposit. When I told him that I can't add more money. He simply kept the phone and next day all positions got closed automatically and account is showing negative balance. I message him and he didn't turned up entire day. Otherwise,. He used to call 2 to 3 times in a day for more fund,
I failed to understand all this. I have not done anything and not learned anything about platform and trading and vanished all the money from account within 2 week. Handling others money recklessly not correct. People very limited means and who are new to trading register on this platform beliving expretise of Account Manager and follows them blindly. I think Account manager are addicted or used to trading and for them any amonut is a small amount and they are used to making profit & loss using others money. They need to understand and learn about customer background seriously and accordingly take step and also make proper use of platform & technology to minimize losses & increase profit. In my case, in the beginning it went well with baby steps and profit was more than 100%(700$) and after that with two big positions everything got over.

Do not use them.These people show tremendous speed to collect your money, but tremendous resistance to returning it. I have been trying to withdraw my money for months. I sent 100's of emails to their customer support, but never got a response. This company's representative Junaid contacted me and asked to invest 200 us dollars with the promise that I will get atleast 800 rupees per day.I initially got a profit of 20 dollars but started getting calls to invest huge amounts.when I resisted I lost my whole amount in a few days.Now after 2 months they are again harrassing us to invest again.we have blocked them.But wish to make others cautious.

This is totally a fradulent company and platform. They say they will add bonus and pull into trade. After few transaction, they made you to add more and more saying that your need to maintain 100% or 80% margin etc etc and some how trap you to deposit more, then they disappear. If you argue with them on their negligence or trap, they threaten you saying your account is going to be suspended. They ask you to deposit another $1000 so that they can add bonus again. They all work from India only but they claim they work from Cyprus. One guy accidentally mentioned he is working from India (somewhere in Pune, may be they have offshore call center there). They show you somehow you are in profit and they promise you they help you in returning your money back to your bank accounts but they disappear or delay slowly and suck up all your money

Though we can write pages and pages...but in short.it is scam.do not waste your hard earned money.the staff is well trained to manipulate us.do not fall for it.I think even the shared are faked.

It's a fraud, Beware! They tend to assert you to deposit as much as possible initially with a dedicated broker calling from IP. And the moment I asked to withdraw as I found it a little fishy suddenly my balance became negative and two open positions within few hours went into loss of 250$ and 150$ making me lose all my hard earned money. If you're trapped in this there's no way out. All the Best.

They r fraudsters, portfolio managers r all fraud people, they don't know anything about investment & market ups & downs & they ask u to invest more amount 2nd time so that they wil make it has negative balance & swallow all ur invested money & won't even respond to ur calls or msgs, it's very very bad investing platform, please guys be carefull about this fraudsters, don't even dare to invest in this platform.

Beware of this company. They don't allow to withdraw your fund once deposited. No point of contact for compliance.

I would like to bring your attention to this company, one of the smartest and biggest fraud companies in the world, which I have never seen before. Please do not deal with them.

At the outset, I wish to clarify that I am a vulnerable customer and not having any knowledge of the capital trading market and I have been lured by your broker Mr Rahul Shaikh and advised wrongly to enter into certain trades, which I am not understanding and various swap charges have been deducted from my account without informing or advising. I have not been given any statement also inspite of my repeated requests. Following is the narrative of incident happened with me:
I am Rakesh Kumar Living at Delhi India. In December I got a call to trade in Forex from Capitalix.I told them that I Have no knowledge of this market and they explained that they will do everything,you just have to invest a little money. When I told again and again that I do not know anything he said that only a Hindi speaking person will tell you when and what to do. Then a call came from Sheikh Rahul and he opened my account with $200. Now the real fraud started, they made trades and kept showing losses and kept telling me that you keep depositing margin and suddenly recovery will come. While doing so, they got deposited my $15,150 from me. I have paid all money from my credit card from a bank which is borrowed fund. Despite my repeated asking, he did not tell me anything as to how such a loss was happening in a trade of $3000. When I asked for the statement again and again, they gave me all the charges in which their company ate my money by imposing what they call swap charges. They had hidden it, but when I asked them to return it, they started threatening me to put in 4800$ more otherwise the money would become zero. And its manager threatened on the phone that if the money is not deposited, he will neither call you nor answer you. I didn't have any more money, I closed all the trades on my own and with folded hands asked for my remaining $3500 back. They repaid $3500 and charged me a returning charges of INR 3000 for returning it.
I am again submitting that I am not aware of any trades and have not been informed any charges. No statement has been provided at that point of time. I am a poor person not having enough income and banks credit card provider are threatening and charging heavy interest in India. My mental status is also not ok. I am enclosing all details in attachment and request you to reverse my swap charges of $ ******* and refund it back to me enabling to pay back my creditors here. Any untoward incident responsibility will be entirely on Capitalix management to put me in in situation.

I've tried several forex brokers, always found some minor issues that irritated me. I can't say that Capitalix is the perfect option, but they have an undeniable advantage-they don't lag in any of the key points. For those, like me, who work medium-term, there is clear analytics. I was very pleased with the conditions for day trading. I opened a sub-account for a small amount, I can say that you can work through them, the commission is acceptable, and the profit is not eaten up.

It was started from Instagram ads (kriti senon) I clicked on that link. Entered phone number. Got a call and someone named shoaib akhtar convinced me by saying that the trading will be done by AI software not you don't worry and so i put my 17k and then some account manager named sameer called me and started putting my money on some rendom stocks I asked him to immediately close my account coz I was told that the trading will be done by AI software. I do not have time for this I have job will not come on this web daily and i can't trust you. And really my amount was all gone in 2 weeks. He said madam AI tool will work only for silver account put more money to upgrade your account. Such a liars. And i knew that my money is gone. The language he used that madam your kind of people don't understand that AI don't work like that. And why did u opened the account here.ANYWAYS MY MONEY IS GONE. WAS WORKING AND THE AMOUNT WAS JUST GONE.

This is fraud company be careful...
My account manager name is Dinu, i invested $ 200 in starting but he encourages me to invest more then only profit can generate so again I invested $300; after this he asked me put max limit of your withdrawals best to use credit card; & start asking me is it you invested your all money How can he ask then after he come to know I am in hurry he asked me to invest in market. After some time called me & given news I am lost my money. Literally, this company make only loses to investor, they tells they bonuses and all but all waste, their advisors not even have any knowledge on investment and how it work... the assigned advisor will gave you loses and go, no later no one wants to take that responsibility.

I've been familiar with this broker for over six months, and I have formed an opinion about it as a quite reliable broker that allows you to earn. They have a pretty simple and understandable platform for making quick trades. I like the good accuracy of quotes. The main thing is that there are no problems with money withdrawal, and there are quite a few ways to withdraw. They withdraw any amounts promptly and without delays. Customer support works very well and you can get an answer to your question at any time. I hope it will continue to behave just as reliably.

Initially I was promised that they is no chance of getting loss, as they have the access to stop loss in case if it's going into loss. But nothing happening. Actually I applied for withdrawal and they didn't even approve my withdrawal. It's was on hold. Instead of helping in it. They forced me to invest on other stock and it went in minus balance and now they are forcing me to invest more. And customer service was also very rude and there was no proper explanation. There behaviour turned opposite when they got to know that we applied for withdrawal anr have no more interest to invest more.

I was under the management of Vibin (Pesonal Manager) in Capitalix Trading. I began trading on his advice and the information given on your website. The exact opposite of what occurred was what happened to me. I begin the trading session with $200. After it increased with a small amount of profit and I concluded that it was a solid platform, you compelled me to invest an additional $1,000, and I did so. It subsequently rose when I engaged in trading, and I began to lose money shortly thereafter, as others had warned me, which is a common occurrence in Capitalix. Earlier, I tried to withdraw some money for the assurance, but this Vibin (Personal) Manager denied it. Sir, don't do that you will earn a lot of money, and literally, this person forced me not to withdraw the money. Finally, I had to do the same thing.

These scumbags and fraudsters only deceive individuals by promising them a profit and then claiming that withdrawals of fifty or one hundred dollars are possible. Once an investor falls for this ruse, you fraudulent individuals begin your scheme to steal their money by manipulating trades with your specialised software. Vibin did the same thing, but later he deceived me and looted all my invested money. This is blatant fraud; I have screenshots and proof. I will expose the truth via Twitter and other social media platforms, discouraging individuals from wasting even a single rupee on these thieves.

I beseech the divine to grant you all perpetual loss, just as you have sunk enormous depths in every aspect of existence, including diseases and life itself.
