We had a super tight deadline and Jesse made our order happen! We placed our order on Monday 9/11 and had our two canvases on Wednesday 9/13. They are beautiful and just what we had hoped for. Thank you SO much for the great quality and service!
While the Prints are OK, they aren't bad. They fact that I paid for shipping and got them a week late. When I called to check on status, the customer service rep was a, rude and b, incompetent.
Not going to do business again with them!
No notifications of progress, shipping status or anything. I called after waiting 3 weeks and some Jerk at customer service just hung up on me. Finally after a month I did get shipping info. Still no print. Go anywhere else but here. Costco... you are better than this.
I received my canvas prints in less than a week and they were absolutely beautiful! I called first once I read all of the reviews since the price was so great and he guaranteed me a great job and that he did! Thank you!
I received damage goods that were not on time and I can't reach anyone to discuss the matter. I think this is one guy who has a Verizon cell phone, from what I can tell. The phone rings and rings and then you get a Verizon canned outgoing message (the number you are calling could not be reached, leave a message).
This company is a total scam! I can't believe I didn't check the reviews before I placed my order. 3 week late and I'm still waiting on my order. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I can't talk to a representative! I am furious!
I was supposed to receive my order over a week ago. Called and spoke with thie infamous BS artist, 'Jesse'. Fed me a line of garbage "Mother's Day really delayed us. but it will ship out in a day or two" Firstly, not my problem they took on too many orders. Secondly, a week later, and my product still hasn't shipped. It's exactly what everyone says... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I am calling American Express and filing a dispute and calling the BBB to report them. Can't wait to see what my order actually looks like, if I ever even receive it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
In a commodity market where there are millions of print companies providing the same services, do yourself a favor and go with a company who values their customers. I did not receive my prints in time for Mother's Day and received no fair compensation given the items where delayed due to Canvas Print Factory's error. The owner was argumentative, completely disrespectful, and did not care tobresolce the issues he had inflicted. This is by far one of the most horrible experiences I've had with a business, and I've reported them to the BBB. Support companies who deliver a good product and care about customer need. Canvas Print Factory is anything but... and I am shocked they are still in business.
I purchased $100 worth of canvases for Mother's Day. It is now 4 days after Mother's Day and this company hasn't even shipped my product! The phone number on their site goes directly to voicemail and nobody will call you back! I had to find out from UPS that the email confirmation these guys sent me stating that "... your product has shipped!..." was actually a lie. Worst Mother's Day gift ever.
My order was supposed to arrive last week and still hasn't shipped. I spent several minutes talking to a representative to would not offer any sort of expedited shipping (unless I paid an high amount for it) or any refund. He said they were backed up and there was 'nothing he could do'. Terrible company. Will not be ordering from here again.
For me and my business getting it right is imperative.The guys at Canvas Print Factory ( Jesse Shaw is the best!) have always made sure that I have what I need, and more importantly something where many businesses fail, they get it to ME WHEN I NEED IT! I am a digital artist and use this company to print my pieces. They always look amazing and my customers are very happy with their products.
I had used the BOGO code to order 2 prints, unfortunately the Promo code didn't work, and I had to call in to get the second print shipped. After a little discussion back and forth the customer service rep shipped out a second print! I couldn't be happier about the outcome and their service and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
Told me it was my problem to take up with UPS. Guess I'm not surprised they have a crappy relationship with UPS too. $40+ down the drain. Stay away from these clowns.
This company is absolutely terrible. Ordered a canvas for 50% off and thought I was getting a good deal. However, I did not realize that the shipping cost almost $20, which was more than the original canvas. Because I did not see the shipping price posted anywhere before I confirmed the order, I paid $20 for shipping, which was more than the price of the canvas. Called customer service as soon as I realized this and asked for a refund, and the manager of customer service was so rude, asked me what I wanted him to do after I asked him for a refund, and he said that it wasn't his fault that I did not see the shipping price, even though it most definitely is the company's fault that the shipping price was not clearly laid out. Never order unless you want to waste a bunch of money on shipping that costs more than the price of the canvas.
Placed order 1/27/17 and got a couple days later then I was told but no big deal. I didn't hang right away bc we were painting. I put up a couple days ago and no matter what it's not straight, the canvas is crooked. So today was the first time I had time to call, it's been about 2 months, not 2 years. I simply asked if I return can he replace. He said no, what am I supose to do with the crooked one. He told me I can pay and order a new one, it's been more then 7 days! He never apologized, I asked for a manager he said he is the manager. He was so rude, never apologized. Don't give this company $1 of your hard earned money, they don't stand behind their product!
If you are looking for fantastic quality at a reasonable price look no further. I received my first shipment last week and just ordered again. I am very happy with the quality and also the customer service... If you are in the market for canvas pictures look no further, this is the place to go!
The worst customer service out there. I placed an order on Saturday and within hours realized I sent the wrong image. I sent it in within 3 hours of my original order and asked to receive confirmation that it was received and the order was wrong. I call on Monday as I never hear from him and asked for an email confirmation that the change was okay and they told me that, that email would take 2 to 3 business to generate which makes no sense. He said the phone call would suffice so I asked to be emailed a digital copy of the recording and he said that would take a lot longer. Then he mentioned that even though my order was changed same day that it would extend the delivery of the product by 3 business days without a good explanation. I asked to speak to someone higher up and he responded that there wasn't anyone higher up. I asked that all he had to do was email me saying he acknowledged my change or refund me. So I told him to just refund me, this is a simple piece of art and he so nicely said okay that would take 7 to 10 business days. I immediately let him know to cancel and I sent en email asking to cancel it. This is horrible customer service and in today's day where we have options, I rather give my money to someone who values it. Thank you but no thank you.
I am thrilled with the quality of the canvas that I received and with the customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Answer: NO. NO. NO. If you were stupid enough to buy something from them you get what yuo get.
