I got my order exactly 1 week after they shipped, so I maybe waited about 3 weeks all together. I love them I truly do, absolutely no complaints on the product itself. My issue is with price.

Don't get me wrong, I do understand how things work, however, the "specials/discounts/coupons" they have are not exactly any of those. I paid over $100 in shipping, for 4 pictures. Sure I got the pictures with the "special" of 4.99/piece, but all be damned if it wasn't still breaking the damn bank for the total.
They had a "special" come through for 4.99 shipping each and 80% off canvases. Thought ok, cool. ONE picture of the exact same size that I previously purchased was the same total for the 4 I previously bought.

Again, lovely canvases, but it really is waaaaaaaay too much just for canvases. I wanted to try them out because of the great reviews and yes I did choke when I saw the shipping cost, but I wanted to see the quality. I will just say this is a one and done type of thing. There's nothing more aggravating than to think "oh that's a really nice discount" only to pay 4x as much for a product.

Great product, just won't be ordering from them again due to false advertising and expectations.
