They did a great job and was fast in delivery, I'll be honest I was skeptical because the price seemed to good to be true but it really was amazing! I highly recommend and will be purchasing more items soon
I bought my son a blanket of his favorite cat that he had to leave behind in college. He got a big laugh and says he will hang it on his dorm wall. LOL
After a lot of back and forth, my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. They refunded my credit card duly and even offered a voucher for all my trouble. The quality of their work is great, my canvases are beautiful. In the future, I will be careful to ensure I place any orders correctly the first time since I know trying to get reach them is difficult. In the end, they get 5 stars for the canvas quality, 5 stars for speedy delivery but I can only give them a 3 for communication. I know if they correct that issue, they would be 5 stars all around from me. Thank you Canvasonsale for rectifying my orders!
I not only provided all of my contact information, including cell phone and e-mail, there is still $192 charge on my Amex Card for products I did not want. Thus far I have paid $31 for a groupon that entitled me for two canvas pictures. Then $14.90 for shipping cost from Canvas on sale which were included as part of the groupon which they should not have charged. A charge for $29.80 which Canvas on sale reversed instead of the $192.00 which is the charge that should have definitely been removed. I received three canvases, two which where all I wanted with my groupon and one extra which I did not want and told them so. Since they sent it, I must keep it. The charge that should have been totally and completely reversed was the $192.00. Even with all my contact information which I provided per their request on sitejabber.com the charge has not been reversed. If my problem is solved I will remove this review, however, it will stay here as long as I am not refunded the money's they charged against my credit card. Anyone reading this review beware. There are plenty of other more reputable sites to order from which will help you with your issues over the telephone and on line. This is bogus that you have to use another site to try to communicate with Canvas On Sale. And please Canvas on Sale, if you reply we don't have your contact information. Yes you do as I sent that to [email protected] as soon as you requested as a result of my first review!
This company does really nice work. Its a shame that they are a total mess. Orders are never sent complete. I have received orders twice and other orders not at all. Their customer service is a negative zero. Don't try calling, because you will never get thru. If you email them, it will be of no help. They simply don't care. If they do it right, then great. If they do it wrong, then you SOL.

I bought through Groupon so I got a nice picture for less. Don't think I'd pay full price for one, but the quality is good.

Did 6 giant canvass for a rental unit of beach themes. Took with my iPhone. Absolutely stunning! Everyone who has seen them has been blown away by the quality. Dont hesitate buy!
It was thinner than I expected, but it was never described inaccurately. A thin blanket is still a blanket.
My canvas was great quality and better than what I imagined, I wished it was not that thin. I bought a coupon from group on and it was easy to redeem. Overall I am very satisfied with what I got.
I can't complain they were courteous kept me up-to-date with my order and was able to track it as it was being processed and even when shipped great business will come back again

I have never ordered a canvas picture before and I purchased a Groupon for a 24 X 36. I love it! I was worried that it would be a bit fuzzy since it is so large but it is very clear and beautiful!
