We have already had some commentary. Not completely pleased with the product substitution that was made, although I do appreciate the customer service

UPS delivery service is probably good for large metro ares in Canada ie Toronto. The service received in our area of the country (rural Alberta) is not acceptable. UPS eventually mailed our order through Canada Post begging the question why you did not send the order Canada Post initially seeing as that is where it ended up anyway.

My only complaint is with UPS who dropped the parcel on the doorstep in the rain when the delivery order clearly stated that an adult signature was required.
Canvas Decor did a wonderful job.

Examples of sizes would be wonderful when looking at purchasing! This would help picture how it would look and if it is indeed the size wanted.

Very happy with order!

Seems to me there was a discount and shipping cost or no discount and free shipping. The total cost was the same. Am i wrong?

Production time was a bit longer than expected, but wasn't too bad all in all. I did have a concern about how true would be and if it would print lighter/darker. I have to say that I'm very happy with how accurate the colours were!

The site was user friendly, easy to navigate.

It's was a great experience and will place another order soon, just like to mention one thing the wire was hang upside down that's the only thing went wrong with the order but I was able to fix it

Very good. Shipping address was wrong but we recorded the order. Damage on one of the photos so waiting to hear back from them.

This is my first (of many, I hope) with Canvas Decor. Looking forward to receiving these items.

I bought 2 large canvases. One was an HD picture of orchids I found online and the other was a picture taken by camera and they both look amazing. The camera picture was a gift and my friend absolutely loved it. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to my friends and family and I will be ordering again soon.

I am still hesitant about poly/cotton canvas. It has a bit of a plastic feel with the Matte finish laminate added.
100% cotton canvas is a better quality. How much more would that cost?
Friends and family who have seen my two 8 x 12" canvas prints were very impressed with the colour quality and the clarity of the photos. I am impressed with the very neat professional job and with the solid structure of the frame.

We were so happy with all the customization options for our canvases, such as the mirroring of the sides, due to the photo we chose having peoples' feet Right at the edge. Our canvases turned out so beautifully! Now we have our stunning wedding photos up in our home!

Happy with the product, I would order again, but I thought delivery took longer than I thought it would.
