It was good, the only thing is that I could not edit my pictures once they were uploaded. The program wouldn't let me.it also took a long time to receive my order
Service is excellent. Love the canvas prints. Sold six of them at my last show. Quality is great. Had one problem with a print that was not stretched properly and it was replaced immediately.
When I received my order, I was amazed at how beautiful it was! To see my daughter's picture on there was amazing and it came out so well done!

Customer service was very helpful and efficient when I first requested to rush order a couple of canvas pictures, in order to make it in time for Mother's Day. They responded quickly and were able to accomodate my order no problem. The pictures arrived with no issues, and they were excellent quality.

Great products. Significant delay in product shipping, however the customer service team was quick to respond to my inquiries which made things a bit better.
Everything from ordering the product to the price was good. One feedback would be to reduce the delivery time frame. 2 weeks for delivery is quite long, given that the product had to be further shipped to an end customer.
I ordered the 3 picture art collection consisting of wedding photos as a surprise for my husband. I'm sure he will love them. The quality is great and I was happy with the price. I would recommend you to other family and friends and plan to make future orders. The order took longer than 3-4 business days, but when I followed up by email I received a prompt update. My only recommendation would be perhaps a quick email to customers to let them know if there is going to be a delay. Overall I am a very happy customer. Thank you.
