I ordered a 36x24 metal print from Canvasdecor.ca for an exhibit. I'm satisfied with the print quality. The file that I submitted was a bit of a stretch and I was worried that the output will be too soft but it came out sharper than I expected. My file also had a bit of pixelization but it didn't appear on the print so it was a relief. The brightness of the print was also very close to how I have it on my screen.
The only thing I'm not sure of is how to hang it. I chose to have the float mount hanger but what arrived seems different from the image in the description. I'm not sure if I need to attach a cable but I'll guess I'll figure it out when we set it up for the exhibit.

Great service and great quality
The only thing is that it does take 2 - 4 weeks to ge the order, but I have always been satisfied with the products I hace received.
Great product but completely uncommunicative customer service. No humans on the phone, no response to contact forms. $29 surcharge for UPS rural delivery, but the UPS site says the surcharge is $12.50 and the delivery came via Canpar.
Pricing on the site is great but can be a little odd, for example, upgrading to a 1.5" frame is $10 for a 12x18 print, but just $5 for a 16x24. A 10x10 is $21 but a 12x12 is $14...
I was impressed with the quality of everything, despite traveling from ON to BC. The packaging was in good shape, and the large panorama I ordered had no damage at all. Overall great first experience.
The only confusing part was Canpar's tracking service. Told us it was "with courier" and being delivered by end of day on June 18th, so we were waiting around for it. Ended up changing the ETA to June 19th the next morning, when it was delivered. However, as mentioned, there was no damage or anything which is far more important to us!
I love the site and have used you for all my previous canvas prints. I thought that you used to have free Canada-wide shipping, regardless of the order total. Not a game changer, but miss that service.
I've checked a lot of websites for canvas prints and used your website as it was easy to use and it gave me many options for my print. Price is good also.

Well constructed website. Could use a comments on printing box.
Mounting wire on back was installed upside down so picture would be upside down? Had to remove screws and wire and remount to hang picture right side up
Prints turned out very nicely. Already hung up and the new topic of conversation in the house. Definitely look forward to ordering more in the future.
