It is hard to accurately put into words just how horrible this business is.

On July 1st, I placed three orders for a total of 16 canvas prints. I finally received the prints a whole month later (early August). Two thirds of all prints were printed incorrectly. Numerous prints were physically damaged (clearly done before they were packaged). Out of the 16 prints, only 3 were printed correctly and undamaged. The prints themselves are of mediocre (at best) quality.

Dealing with their customer services has been nothing but an endless headache. They are polite, but utterly incompetent and clearly do not care. Empty promises after empty promises, excuses after excuses, and nothing to show for it.

It is now the last day of August - two months since the orders were made. I have less than half of the prints I paid for, and the latest replacement to arrive (just minutes ago) is physically damaged worse than the print it is replacing.

The people in this business do not care. They will waste your time, will ignore your emails, and will give you an endless run-around while blaming all of their mistakes and clear incompetence on the latest scapegoat ("COVID-19") of the day.

Avoid at all costs!

Online ordering was simple, easy to navigate. This was my first order, didn't realize we had such a great place in London, Ontario to get canvas prints made. I had a client who wanted large canvas prints made from pictures taken on iPhones. Since I am a photographer and use to working in RAW I was not thrilled about the idea but our expectations were exceeded. In fact, my client was so pleased she is ordering more prints soon. The quality of the canvas, the wood backing, the extra support in the wider picture and the colour were excellent. The packing was second to none. Thank you for such great service.

Yesterday I received my order placed with Canvas n Decore. The first thing I noticed was how well the shipment was packed. When I unwrapped my 3 metal prints, I was in awe. They were perfect, and everything that I hoped they would be. I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with the care, quality and final product I received fro Canvas n Decore. I will be promoting and recommending Canvas n Decore to everyone by informing them where I had the metal prints made. I will definitely be using Canvas n Decore in my future metal printing needs.
