Not my first order here, I don't think it will be my last either. Keep up the good work!

The only thing bothering me is the first email says I will be updated when my order is shipped by receiving a new email telling me so. I got my order at home before I ever gotten an email telling me it was shipped. I even looked on the website and it said my order was still in production even the day that I received it. Also UPS rang the wrong bell (they rang to my old address, I moved but only in a different apartment in the same building-- I did update my new address on canvasndecor website but UPS still went to my old address. In the end I had to go retreive my order somewhere else but I know it's not you guys' fault.)

Regardless, this is not my first order and the product quality is amazing so I'd go through all of this again if I had to.

I find the website easy to use, and whatever parameters I set on the site were exactly what I got in the product. Additionally, there is excellent fidelity from the uploaded image - what I saw on my screen was what I saw in the final product. Customer service is prompt and helpful by both email or phone. They worked with me to ensure rush delivery (at no extra cost!) and it actually arrived prior to the agreed upon date, which was very nice. However, in my experience, if you leave delivery date to chance, you cannot be assured that your order will even arrive by the UPS delivery date. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the product.

Our decision to use this company was based on their wall display layout options. Most companies have this option but the layouts vary and theirs suited us best. We also tried uploading on other websites and this one was very user friendly compared to others. I liked that you were able to enlarge the picture easily to crop it.
One thing that might be cool to include is a paper template when you order the wall displays. The paper could be placed on the wall showing where to put the nails so it doesn't have to be measured for each individual photo. That would make things more user friendly:)
I wish they would give you a better time of delivery once you make the order. An email right after you place the order that gives you an estimate, at minimum.
Waiting for an order is expected - after all it has to be made, but it's nice to know the approximate length of time.
We have not hung the pictures yet but we look forward to doing so.

The two smaller prints look exactly as I expected, but the 60x40 one is definitely more washed out than I was expecting. I do understand larger prints will always expose deficiencies but the contrast of the print is definitely lighter than it looks on screen. (the matte coating I think is also contributing to the problem as well). Beyond that, it looks great and if I had to do it again the only thing I would change is to darken the contrast of the file before printing.
