I have purchased from you several times...the product is excellent as is the service!
My order was over $99.00 but I was still charged the shipping fee.
Explain please.
I was told that I was charged the shipping fee, because we are a rural delivery which is acceptable. However, maybe that should also be expressed somewhere on your site. It does make a difference when we are ordering. Thank you.

I like a triangular shaped fold that is hidden better than the square system but the colours a true and price is good.

Other than some website issues during the ordering process, things went smoothly. The process was somewhat lengthy, taking almost two weeks from order to delivery. The canvas was a gift, so I can't confirm the quality of the print, but the recipient did not mention any problems.
As to the website issues, modifying the cropping on the photo un-set the lamination selection, so I couldn't add my order to the Cart, and it wasn't obvious that the selection had been removed for no reason.
I've ordered many prints & have never received any that weren't great! I've always received them within a week of ordering & the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for such great service & quality of work.

Super happy with this company. Almost threw out the prints at the bottom of the box because they just looked like the cardboard at the bottom of the box, but luckily I found them before I recycled the box!
