Repeat customer. I was a little concerned with the delay in processing and lack of response from the online contact form, but I understand that things get hectic at this time of year. In the end, the order arrived in time and I will be doing more business with you in the near future.
Would have been helpful to have more information on the inbetween ordering and shipping time, to make sure that the order hasn't been forgotten.

Parcel was sent UPS, tracking showed it in Castlegar, a town 3 hours away, I finally phoned after a week they said it was there I could pick it up. They never did try and deliver it to my house or call me and tell me it was in. If I had not called I wonder what they would have done, my phone number was on the package I saw it when I picked it up.

Quick and easy to do
Simple and easy to use. Took a little longer to deliver than expected, but that was due to the time of year that the items were ordered. Overall very happy.
It was easy to navigate website. Prefer to buy from Canadian business. I took the picture with my cell phone and wasn't sure how it would turn out. I love it!

I did not check all 6 pictures because this is a Christmas gift and I didn't want you box everything. From what I could see they look great.
Wish an item could be left in the shopping cart and come back to later. This would save having to re-enter everything.
BTW, I was surprised to see how much the prices jumped since my last order.
Final product looks amazing! Very happy with it.
Delivery time around Christmas was great, however I was not thrilled that it was not UPS of Fedex delivering, tracking for the other company was not great and had I not been home would have been extremely inconvenient to have to pick up from this company.
Overall would order again for sure.
