Was fast and easy, and the canvas turned out great

I was pleased to receive the prints before Christmas as they were a present thank you for that.
Your website said they were still in production even thought they had been shipped.
The only problem i have with your site is the log in process and your poor quality verification photos.
See if you can do something better.

Ordering from California for my friends in Canada

You need an option to customize sizes for artistic photos that lose effect when cropped to standard sizes. If you address this issue, I will continue to shop with you.

Processing time before shipping was 10 business days, much higher than expected. I worried I would not get the package on time, though in the end I did.

This is the second order i have placed on here. I loved how my first print turned out. My second order turned out amazing like the first one!

CyberMonday order not recieved until Dec20th. Very disappointed. When the order was placed it was to be 3-4 days production 7 days shipping. Total of 10 working days. 80% longer for delivery.
After contacting Canvasn Decor during the 'production time' thier response was well we are busy...

Great and easy to order

I am very happy with the canvases I received. The delivery time was a bit lagging this year, but it is the holiday season. Perhaps a delivery update time on the website would be helpful, so people aren't expecting the 3-4 days for production as the website indicated. The canvases are amazing though! Thanks!
