Easy to navigate and sample cropping options.
I was disappointed to see free shipping turn into a rural delivery fee. In this day and age free shipping should mean free shipping. I may have to look elsewhere next time. The product itself was outstanding other than the free print that was not cropped well at all and cut people off on both sides because I was not able to see a preview.
Delivery was not stated when product are ordered. I have to send email to ask when the product be delivered.
I LOVE the free metal print/canvas option. Your prices are fabulous. Your reviews are excellent on every site I checked. I recieved my canvas and it is absolutely beautiful. Two thumbs up!

Update after receiving: Product quality seems very good. I requested accelerated service to have it ready for a certain date that was shorter than standard processing times and they kindly made it a priority to make it happen. I am impressed from start to finish and I am confident other reasonable customers will be completely satisfied as well!
Blacks were not a strong as they are on the file or on other prints I have of this scene. The image looks "washed out", which is disappointing.

The picture was darker when printed on canvas vs the original. Our skin looked much more tanned and the overall picture seemed more on the warmer side than the original.
The canvas was also not wrapped tightly so there are very noticeable bumps on the bottom of the frame.
Delivery was fast.
