The corners of the print were just slightly different than the crop online
Also they sharpened the background image a bit when i edited it with slightly blurred background for a more dreamy feel. Other than that we are happy thx
Ordered as a gift. Even though there was an issue for them to open the file I uploaded, they were prompt in contacting me so I could send the file directly. It was sent out on time exactly when they said it would be. Great service!
The only thing I had a problem with is that the money was taken from my account BEFORE the order was confirmed.
I waited very excitedly for almost a week before getting an email telling me there was an issue downloading the image - I resent it, but it seemed weird to me they'd take the money out of my account 4-5 business days before downloading/checking the image received.
After that, however, there was no hitch, shipping was amazingly quick, and the product AMAZES me! I can't stop staring at it and it looks amazing despite my predisposition to canvas. It looks JUST like a photograph!
I am an artist and was very satisfied with my canvas prints. They were spot on for accuracy in colour which is very important to me. I plan to do more business with Canvas 'n Decor.
