I ordered a 3d acrylic photo block for my wife for Mother's Day. Placed the order on April 25th (2.5 weeks before Mother's Day) and I received the final product on May 24th (more than a week after Mother's Day). Not only that, I had to follow-up multiple times for an update with CanvasChamp's service team.
Once I finally received the finished product, the photo block was not created according to the specifications that I requested. And not only that, the photo on the block was off-center.
Extremely disappointed with the business, service, and product. I will not be using CanvasChamp again.
Loved how the canvases are priced. Shipping was a little long but understandable since it's coming from overseas. I was happy with the overall print quality.

We had used a local canvas printer but it definitely was not cost effective. Especially for a start-up. Found CanvasChamps online & have received excellent prints, great price for multiple orders, and ever so easy to use. Thank u.

The canvas color is very nice but the framing is very flimsy and the pre-installed hangers cause the pictures hanging crooked.

I was worried about photo quality at such a large size, but the website had recommendations on largest size possible and it turned out great. The print shipped extremely securely, so secure it was hard for me to get into it! I'd rather have a secure product than not, so no complaints there. All in all, great product and of course, at an affordable price.

I swear I clicked "black floating frame" but it came unframed. I love their work and have ordered 8 canvas prints since February. I just make sure the frame has been clicked! Lesson learned!

Issue 1--The white color had a hint of blue on my (red, white and blue) Texas flag art, so I ended up having to paint over the white area of the flag.
Issue 2--Shipment was finally received after approximately four times of trying to reschedule the delivery. The delivery requires a signature (which is not a bad idea) but it makes you have to be in the home at the exact moment of the delivery, which makes it difficult because it's impossible to know when the driver is going to show up. I rescheduled online, I contacted FedEx a few times, and contacted Canvas Champ's customer service on a couple of occasions trying to let them know not to deliver while I was out of town but all efforts failed. The local FedEx person explained that there was nothing they could do to coordinate with me (the receiver) because their contract with Canvas Champ requires they make 3 attempts to deliver so they cannot change anything about the delivery...fortunately for me, I did make it back to town for the 3rd attempt and did receive my package but I did not know about Canvas Champs delivery rule. I spent several hours on phone calls, holding etc trying to make a reasonable change to avoid unnecessary attempts by the driver and I wanted to receive my package.
My point in sharing this information is for Canvas Champ to possibly identify options for the customer to request a delivery date change since the order requires a signature. During my last email communication with customer service, I saw where FedEx notified and in turn they notified the driver to deliver without a signature (however, I was already back in town & could sign)...so everything did work out.
See outline of the issue below:
When I receive my notice from FedEx that my order will be delivered on a specific date & it will require a signature. Then I notice that the date for the delivery is a time that I'm out of town for a few days...what can I do to coordinate that delivery for when I return and avoid the FedEx delivery guy from going out to my home unnecessarily? Who should I contact and provide phone number as well as email.

We apologize for any inconvinence caused, in case you have any issues with the print simply write back to us on [email protected] with the images attached of the defective/damaged prints received with your order number. We have a 100% replacement policy because we believe in customer satisfaction. As for Fedex in case you are leaving town do let us know in advance so we can get the package hold or get the signature waived off as it becomes little difficult for us after 2 attempts.
