I found that the creation and ordering process on the website went smoothly. I arranged for expedited delivery to arrive on 12/23. It did not arrive on time and finally arrived on 12/30. I did reach out to customer service to check on the delivery and they were helpful and I was satisfied with the service. I believe combined with the fact that the product originated in India and the unusual weather in the United States that week caused the delivery delay. I am very happy with the book marks and they came out really nice.

The quality of the pictures / pillows / canvas / metal print was very nice. There was only 1 canvas that was way out of exposure BUT when I complained they are redoing a canvas for me.
Other than the problems below I think the quality of work is very good. I will be using this service again! I've already recommended this company to others.
It was a little difficult to get the order finalized but once that was done I was hopeful, I've never had any of these things done before, I've only done prints.I was hopeful that the canvas's and the metal print would be good. The metal print is beautiful! I am happy with the purchase in whole.
I was quoted a date of delivery that was the day after Christmas. I didn't receive them until 4 days after their delivery date —- I believe thats because they were coming from India, which I didn't know and they wouldn't say…I asked at least 3 times.
I did speak with their customer service thru Chat and found them to be helpful. There wasn't much they could do after FedEx picked up the order but when my order wasn't processed in the 24 hours they promise on their website they said that they'd put a request on my order for a rush.
All things considered I was happy with my purchase.

I received my order, with corrections made to only to 1 of the 2 identical prints. I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service reviewing my complaint or a good print being sent to me. Both prints are waiting to be delivered to customers who purchased them.
