I have tried since December to get a refund on a pillow that I purchased as a gift. I took pictures of the pillow and have sent to them they agreed it was not good workmanship.It is terrible they keep telling me every time I have reached out to them ( that I go to the end of the line to get my return.).If this is true then evidently they make a very poor product all the time. I would never do business with company.

Loved everything about this purchase. The website was user friendly, the photos were so easy to crop and edit, something I don't see in other canvas print stores. The price was inexpensive and the shipping was faster than expected. All around a great experience. I would use CanvasChamp again!

I'm an Artist and a re-seller and I had a large Print made 30x40. I used a jpg file when I should of used a png file because the edges came out pixelated and was rejected by my client. Despite this CanvasChamp re-issued the print and resent it to the customer at no extra cost. The client gave me a glowing review so I must do the same because it is Canvas champ who deserves all the credit and saved me a client. I can't thank them enough. I would be crazy to go elsewhere because the quality is just like the service, second to none.

The prints look really good, only my biggest one is not quite right on the frame, wrinkled. Not terribly, but it is noticeable, I asked for it to be redone and they had me send them pictures. They promptly replaced it my interactions with their customer service was pleasant. The prints are wonderful, I will be using them again!

Have received emails from you for years and decided to give you a try. Ordered a coffee mug and what we thought was an internal framed print. What we received is a "mug" the size of an espresso cup, and a print that I will not put on my walls. Sorry, you failed to meet expectations.
