Process to upload and approve images is very intuitive and simple, cost was very nice and finished product is shipped with excellent protection to the canvas and frame... and the resultant canvas looks great on the wall! We've purchased over a dozen for our house as we find photos in our library that would look good in a particular room...highly recommended!

Thank you for a quick and easy transaction. Ordering and choosing the picture / layout was fairly simple. Recieved 30" x 30" canvas with 4 pics. Product was packaged well and no issues. Also had a tracking #. I would definately order again when the need arises.

Our order arrived very quickly. The canvas was perfect. The puzzle was different than I expected. Material and size were not what I was expecting, and the color was more saturated than original. But maybe I just didn't read the description well enough.

1. Online payment system did not work
2. FEDEX required signature for delivery -which I was unaware of
3.5 of the 7 acryllic prints I ordered and received are of terrible quality.
- there are whit spots all over them -- looks like something related to how they were processed
- one print had the opposite orientation of the original proof!
In other words QA/QC process totally failed.
4. Sent email to CS with images of the bad prints (5 out of 7)...received a response asking for a video to be sent...I resent the prints and have not heard back.
WOW - a totally negative experience indeed with CC!

I've had pretty good success here. I'm pleased with the prints, the ship packaging was fantastic for large prints. My only complaint this last time was that the wood used for one of my frames was a bit warped. I was pretty concerned at first, but once I hung it, the warping was less noticeable. Time will tell.

Both pictures were beautiful in terms of color and clarity. The framing was poor. There were ripples in both canvases, so I will either have to restretch or just not put up. Not the same quality I received previously.

It was a bit of a hassle when I realized the shipment came from India. We were not in town and had to go through a lengthy process online to sign. It said we were given three chances or it would be returned. I never knew that's where it was coming from and thank God I had a ring alarm so I could tell the delivery man that I signed it online overall the quality. Is good
